Meet Shaun
Shaun LaJeunesse is the founder of AVMAR Solutions Group and a technology and consulting executive with more than three decades of experience in IT strategy, business and technology transformation, and solution development, delivery and sales. He has led cross-functional teams that delivered results, grew revenue and built lasting customer and partner relationships.
His work spans the full life of a technology decision: evaluating the market, designing the solution, negotiating complex contracts, implementing it and managing the change so people actually adopt it. That includes HRIS implementations, technology portfolio management, predictive analytics, outsourcing and M&A activity.
One of his biggest strengths is translation. Shaun explains complex technology in plain business terms, so owners and executives can make confident decisions without needing to be technologists themselves.
Why he started AVMAR
